The PowerBook G4 you have has an internal modem, which you can use for dial-up. You can use more than one computer on dial-up at a time if you have the computer with dial-up access share internet to other computers on the network. However, dial-up is so slow that it's not really worth it.
There's no way to use a USB modem with a Kindle since the Kindle doesn't have a USB port for anything other than sync and other similar functions.

Thanks everyone for the comments..... I will be using Final Cut Express mostly. Might venture to the Pro is I find it beneficial to me over time.

You must not use WEP. Change the printer if it doesn't support WPA, or connect it by cable.

So, is that for sale to educational institutions, or something?
Probably the basic education discount for anyone in education at any level except HE.

I jailbroke using jailbreakme.com and it really sucks because I want to set up all this stuff on it. Would I have to restore and then jailbreak on the computer? I've been jailbroken for about.. uh six months maybe? I have a second generation iPod Touch (8gb) running on iOS 4.0.
Thanks in advance.

You're probably best off asking on the ableton forums really.
40% seems pretty normal though and should still allow you to do plenty of work, is it causing you any problems?

Keep 'em coming, still waiting for the app that can do it for me, ie simple, cheap, easy to use.
cheers

Do you by chance have a system restore option on your PC? Also if you sync your iPad with your PC the photos on your iPad should remain, just to be safe though I'd email a copy to yourself first.

I just got my iPhone replaced by apple. It took over a week and a half as i had to send it away. Got it today and noticed the vibration is really really loud like 4x times louder than my original. Should i ask for another repair?
Or just deal with it. Am i even entitled to another replacement due to a loud vibrate?

So I recently bought the white iphone 4 (duh just came out) and everything is perfect except for the wifi. I always have 3g and wifi turned on so whenever i'm in a wifi zone it'll connect. The problem is when the phone does connect to wifi, it'll be very unstable and disconnect every 20-30 seconds and reconnect right away. I've been in different wifi locations and so I don't believe its my router (laptop etc. isn't disconnecting)
Anyone with this issue? Should I bring this back to apple or what? Not sure what to do. I'm running the latest 4.2.7 version as well for vzn. Thanks!

I was just given a used PowerBook G3/233, http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/powerbook_g3/stats/powerbook_g3_233.html
I kind of suspect that the yo-yo AC adapter that came with it isn't the right one, M7332 http://www.powerbookmedic.com/YoYo_Style_Power_Adapter_m7332-p-16183.html The battery was working a few months ago, but now it's dead and I can't charge it. The PowerBookG3 is listed here as being compatible, but I'm really having to jam the plug into the computer pretty hard.
I believe it's not the right adapter because it isn't listed here http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=16168
The computer works on AC power fine, it just won't charge the battery. It's possible that the battery is just old and won't hold a charge any more.
I thought I'd post this problem here to see if any of you guys are using a Powerbook G3 with an M7332 adapter with no issues.
Let me know. Thanks.

And is that legal?
Yes and no. Its legal to back up the video's you own, but not legal to break the copyright that is on the DVD.
But really, there is little legal recourse as the film producers have almost no way of knowing this was done.
