You can also try moving the software updates to the trash and just redownloading it.

The WGS 95 is somewhat collectable - the Mac II a little less so. I personally like the Mac II because it's one of only two '020 machines (the LC being the other), but most other people don't seem to care. Anything in a Quadra 900 form factor tends to generate interest - especially the WGS line since there aren't as many of them.
The X factor will be shipping - neither of those machines will be inexpensive to ship. I'd recommend heading over to the 68kmla (http://68kmla.org/forums/) site and see if anyone is interested.

I want to do Link Aggregation with a pair of dual ethernet Mac Pros and a couple of dual ethernet G5 PMs - a 2GHz dual core and a 2.5GHz Quad G5. Can anyone assist me in setting this up please? I have the Netgear GSM7212 but can't get phone support from Netgear because I bought it refurbished. Thanks.
I think I've figured out how to create aggregations. But not sure if the benefit will result yet.

Hi all
Looking to flash an XFX 5870 using 587XZF18_uakari.rom
But all the discussions regarding this seem to be old and I get a feeling that there is some indication that as of 10.6.6 there is no need to actually flash the card and you can simply install it, is this right or wrong?
Thanks

If the row of icons is too close to the left edge of the screen, it will not let you place icons there, to avoid filenames running off screen. Try going into View Options and setting the grid to be a bit smaller, it will fit more icons on screen and thus move the row away from the edge.

Preferences -> Sound -> Show sound in menu bar.
Also, shift+option+volUp/volDown increases/decreases volume in smaller increments (4x).

I added a folder to Xcode with a collection of images, 456 images to be precise. I need to add these images to an NSMutableArray so I can later view them in an IKImageBrowserView. I could add each of these images manually to the NSMutableArray, but that would take a very long time. How can I access folders that are used by my program and add them to an NSMutableArray?
Thanks
Why would it take a long time? This is what loops are for.

What you'd like for that is a program that can edit in spectrum view. You would then be able to see the beeps and remove them with some careful selecting and deleting.
A waveform view shows amplitude of the sound (how loud it is) on the vertical. In a spectrum view you generally see the frequency range of the sound on the vertical. You would then see the beeps as short dense patches of sound in a specific frequency range.
Soundtrack Pro will do this. I've also used Izotope RX for this, but that's a fairly pricey app. There are others that will do it as well, but I'm not as well versed in them.

Here is a guide to replace it:

(White 2006 iMac 20-inch, look around the site for other models if this isn't yours)
Getting a new one from apple will most likely cost you around $500, but it should be able to get one for about $100 used, but with some risks.
Did a quick google and here is a new one for $118:

I don't know anything about the shop that sels it tho.

I'm completely new to iTunes & Final Cut Express. Since AAC seems to be higher quality than MP3 (?), I'd like to download/keep music in AAC.
I plan, however, on adding music to some home videos via FCE - can FCE work with AAC (I'm assuming it will, as both are Apple products, but...).
Thx,
Frank

Sounds like a possibility, but with the iPhone, those features are more of a requirement. You can do everything else on a MB/MBP with a mouse or trackpad. Plus, does it look like they care about computers anymore? GadgetWorld '07 should have just joined the Electronics Convention in Vegas.

Haha...This would be LEGENDARY!!! However, I seriously doubt the Jay-Z affiliation with Apple considering he was in the Bill Gates retirement spoof at CES and even on the Jay-Z website (www.rocafella.com) he has a link to a Bill Gates spoof...Surely not the behaviour of an Apple associate.
I could be wrong, but just making some observations.
You would think that all MS employees have zunes, but many have ipods.

I can not say that I am surprised by that. I know I have had linksys routers just crap out on me before. Hell I have 2 crap out on me before and the single strength for them just went into the crapper. One I flashed it and boosted the single 100% and it worked better but still it was on the low side.
But between 7 or 8 of them I have had 2 just randomly crap out.
Something you could try is change the channel it is running on. I have had issues with wireless were there was just to much noise in on that channel so the signal was poor. Changed it and went from eh to max bars. Signal strength is based on the signal to noise ratio.

Get a long-ish HD-quality video on YouTube and make the player full screen.
