Thankyou so much for the link, we will be trying that tonight! Just out of curiosity, do you have any ideas as to why this sort of thing happens or if there is anyway to avoid such things in future?
Nothing that you're doing causes it. There's nothing you need to do, other than follow the recommendations in the FAQ.

They should work just fine in manual mode. I've tried to use my SB-600 on my Sigma DP-1 and it worked just fine in manual mode.

What about the YouTube app for the iPad?
you could just type in the name of the video and it will show up for you.

I think its time for iTunes to take it to the next level. I've drawn an analogy to fantasy football as a way to illustrate where things could go. Think "total experience" and you see what I mean. My vision for where to grow next is here:

The GPU on the iBook G4 is not to the left of the trackpad like it is on the G3. It's below the keyboard, almost directly below the S and X keys.
The G4 Vreg Chip failure (the little chip that develops micro-fractures, which is to the left of the trackpad) usually causes a no boot/black screen situation, but it completely disables the computer. You would not get a chime, you wouldn't be able to get into Target Disk Mode and usually the fan will ramp up to full speed on boot. If you can still get into Target Disk Mode, I doubt the chip solder fractures are the problem.

On wii sports boxing its used as your left hand when boxing.(only wii sports games that uses the nunchuck) On zelda its used quite alot. They are the only two games ive got but if you intend on buying a second wiimote then theres no reason not to fork out for a nunchuck. But at the moment there arnt many games that use it to my knowledge. Obiosly zelda does but the excite truck thing doesnt. Soooo ummm theres to reason to have 2 nunchucks just for the hell of it. Sorry for this crap answer but i hope ive informed you a little bit.

I thought AirDrop only worked with other Macs with Lion
It does. I think he's just speculating.

both those are for physical CDs and really won't catalog your iTunes.
The first one also looks to be PC only.
It seems like you had a issues with transferring the files. besides for finding what songs are on the computer I don't see any real use for this situation, and that can be done in iTunes.

Right, but not eveyone likes command line to FTP. It's very visually easy.
I meant is was a "big kinda" because it is not really FTP via Safari, but rather FTP via finder.

Hmm. Maybe I'll pick it up after all. Less than 20 Euros on PSN for the whole package seems like a fair deal, and the Part 1 Special Edition really put me in the mood for more Guybrush!

Have you tried any of these steps?
Mac doesn't boot (http://guides.macrumors.com/Mac_doesn't_boot)
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1417)
Troubleshooting: My computer won't turn on (http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1367)
I've tried just about everything. Right now I have a new hard drive in my daughters computer with a fresh install of snow leopard. I put the drive in my macbook pro and did the install and it was running perfect. Switched it to her computer and just the apple logo and the spinning wheel.

1) the drive could be quieter
2) i know for a fact the drive does have its own motion sensor.

As a hiring manager, all I see is the resumes that our HR department's recruiters finds and forwards to me.
