No Gilmour, no soul. :(
I know Gilmour wasn't a founding member, but Pink Floyd is not Pink Floyd without their lead guitarist.

no marketplace for noobs until x amount of posts I believe.
I believe that there is a time requirement as well. You have to be a member for 6 months.

Flash is certainly an option, but it wasn't high on the list of what I wanted to consider on account of basically having to embed 20 tiny Flash files for basic audio that can be handled quite well by dedicated media players. (That, and Flash ads have gotten so infuriating recently that even I'm starting to recommend turning off embedded Flash.)
Just seems like an added step that shouldn't be necessary, but perhaps it's the smoothest way to handle this (and does allow me to skip pre-loading, I believe).
Other suggestions? Anybody?

Clearly if your computer does not have a Thunderbolt port it makes no sense to buy a Thunderbolt external hard drive.

85C seems high, I have a 17 and a 20 and they fold 24/7 the CPU runs between 145F and 160F, which is about 72C. What's your ambient temperature and what do you use to get the CPU temperature?
If it really runs that hot, I'd be careful too.

Right, only us mods and admins can see other people's edits. It wouldn't be very help if anyone could see edit versions. We all have moments where we speak before we think, and there's no need for others to see big the foot was in our mouth.

Is that just one song? It might have something wrong with it. If it is all of them - try repairing permissions?
kyle
It is with all the songs in my library that I have imported recently. I have not yet synchronized them with my iPod. I wanted to edit the songs info in my library before synch. However I can edit the the info if the songs is already in my iPod (I select iPod from Source and then do Get Info. Then it works). On the other hand if I select Library from Source then Get Info does not work.
PS: What is repairing permission? How does it work?

You must not use WEP. Change the printer if it doesn't support WPA, or connect it by cable.
Do you know if can I extend my A express wireless network with another A express at the printer to connect with usb?

as long as it's not a gray install DVD, which are machine specific, you should be fine.

I thought as Grapher is so complex and functional if you know what you are doing that it's worth creating a guide (http://guides.macrumors.com/Using_Grapher), it's not great so far but using the math mode button at the top I don't get equations, (which are kinda needed for this topic ;) ) can we get math support added please?

I was def under audio...for me the only fix was adding my music folder manually to the sharing list. Then it shoes up. Have audio working fine now...though the inability to go back and search other tracks while listening to a song is a deal-breaker for me for now.
I like to search the next song while one song is playing and if you back out on this it stops playback...very poorly done on PS3 part as I don't think this is Medialink problem.

Hey Kumi, I panicked too the first time I saw that feature (which has both the ability to be extremely useful or terribly damaging haha).
The solution is quite simple really, you just have to scroll to the top of the contact's conversation from which you want to delete the pics, choose 'Edit', and then 'Clear All'. This will delete ALL your conversation history with that contact from the WhatsApp servers, so if there's any special memento (ahem...) you wish to save, make sure to email yourself the chat history first (Settings -> Email chat history).
Hope this info helps!
Yay!! this works!! cool thanks man!

All of those threads have a link to the same Apple support article that gives step-by-step instructions. Did you read any of the threads and click on the links?

try going to the utility folder and open a programm called "audio-midi-konfiguration" (I do not know the exact english naming on your mac). Maybe you find that there is a setting to be changed.

The article you linked to is very old and was corrected by an update. Apple uses AMD discrete GPUs in it's 15" and 17" MBPs. I don't think we'll see anything AMD in the 2011 Mini.
It'd be a huge surprise if Apple chose to use and AMD CPU in the Mini considering they're unlikely to use a non-Intel CPU in any other Mac running OS X.

Hi all
I am constructing a Web page in Dreamweaver CS4 and I have placed the banner and buttons on the side. How does one insert a scrolling text area in the centre of the page? For a noob like me, because when I try to do it it places one in between or under a button and not where I want it.
Thanks again for any input. :D
David
I'm assuming that you mean you just created a blank HTML page and then inserted a banner graphic and then some "buttons" without any CSS or table elements.
You will need either CSS or a Table to hold the banner and the buttons and the text area if you want to have anything other than just a stack of elements running down the left side of the page. Dreamweaver has a number of predefined templates you can play around with when you create a new page.

I would think an OS X client would be the best, and a non-graphical client at the least, but I'm not an expert.
They did just realease the command-line client with a GUI frontend for turning it on and off, but I have experienced problems with it not wanting to stay off...

Hallmark for Mac is the best that I've found. Easy to use with your own design from the included images or from their designs where you can edit most of the type.
